FEAST ON THIS!
Dance Invitation: Feel. Smell. Taste. Touch. Listen- but most of all, in the moments of discomfort, anxiety, restlessness and discontent- the moments that lead you to look outside yourself for satiation- slow down. What information is coming in through yours sense? What richness, flavors, etc...can you feast on by being in your body in the moment? Experiment- see if by feasting on your senses, you can fill yourself up for the time being. And enjoy.
